Attorney Frederick J. Daley, Jr., is a founding member of the firm. He began representing disability benefits claimants in 1973. Since then, he has represented clients before the Social Security Administration, Appeals Council, various United States District Courts, and Circuit Courts of Appeals. He shares his expertise by speaking at continuing legal education seminars on Social Security disability law at the Chicago Bar Association and National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives.

Attorney Mark DeBofsky is a member of the firm as well as an adjunct professor of law at John Marshall Law School. He has also lectured at conferences sponsored by many organizations, including the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and LexisNexis/Mealey's. Many of his cases have resulted in precedent setting decisions that have been published by the federal appellate courts.
In 2008, he was nominated as a finalist for LexisNexis' Insurance Law Center Policyholder Attorney of the Year award. Attorney DeBofsky is proud to have been recognized by his peers in the legal profession with the coveted AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated SM by Martindale-Hubbell®.

Richard Y. Hu
Attorney Richard Y. Hu joined Daley, DeBofsky & Bryant as a law clerk in August 2011 and became an associate attorney in December 2011. He graduated from the Northwestern University School of Law with a J.D. in May 2011 and Bachelor's degrees in Classical Civilization and Political Science from Emory University in June 2006. While in law school, Richard was the Book Review editor and Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology, a member of the National Cultural Heritage Law Moot team and Student Coach of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team. He was also President of the Labor, Employment, an United States Department of Justice's Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices and a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Rudolph Randa, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin at that time.
