In addition to his courtroom and office practice, Mark
DeBofsky is a frequent author and lecturer on topics
relating to employee benefits (ERISA) litigation,
employment discrimination, and social security disability
claims.
He has also
served for the last several years as adjunct professor of law,
teaching a course in Employee Benefits Litigation in the L.L.M.
Program in Employee Benefits Law offered by the John Marshall Law
School.
Mark DeBofsky
