Graham graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History in 2001 and also a Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs in 2006.  He is currently a second year law student at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois and is a member of the Review of Intellectual Property Law.

Graham joined Daley, DeBofsky & Bryant in February of 2008.
