It is a tribute to the expertise of Mr. Daley that a veteran litigator such as CLIENT would seek Mr. Daley’s services for work in this court. - DISTRICT COURT JUDGE
"With Client’s Occupational Disease Act claim, third party claims and Social Security Claim/disability pension claim, there are a lot of moving pieces. I can think of no one I would rather have on board to help Client navigate these waters." Very truly yours, Robert B.
Here are some things our clients say about us.
Austin McGreal is an excellent Social Security attorney. You are lucky to have him on your staff. Also, David Lam and Zenia Brezden were extremely helpful in assisting me through the hearing process. I am grateful and thankful for all their hard work on my case, CLIENT
Mark, I know it was a hard battle dealing with Prudential. But you fought a great battle. I appreciate everything that you have done for me from the Social Security Disability to letting Prudential know that we were going to go all the way. Once again, thanks for everything. If I can get you any referrals I will be happy to do so. CLIENT.
Though difficult for the obvious reasons, your involvement has made this process infinitely more tolerable. Please know of my sincere appreciation for your efforts. With Very Best Regards, CLIENT
I can honestly say that my experience proves that Mr. Frederick Daley really knows his business when it comes to the Social Security Disability Claims. During the 8 long years of arduous processing and proceedings he never flinched or gave up in his belief and expertise to finally see my case come to a happy conclusion. I would confidently recommend to anyone needing the assistance of a Claims Advocate like Mr. Frederick Daley to fight and show the professional tenacity in the claim for disability against the Social Security Administration. You will not be disappointed.
I would like to take this time to say "THANK YOU" to The Law OFFICES of Daley, DeBofsky & Bryant for your countless hours of hard work, dedication and passion regarding my successful claim for Long Term Disability benefits from Sun Life Financial. I would highly recommend without reserve your Law Firm to friends, neighbors and colleagues, in light of the EXCELLENT services you have rendered onto me and my family during a seemingly hopeless time in our lives. You got the job done!!! Thanks again and keep up the good fight for the client(s) right. It is wholeheartedly appreciated.
I am at a loss for words for everything that the staff has done for me. It hasn't gone unnoticed or unappreciated!
Dear Mark: I want to send you a big THANK YOU for all that you and your staff have done to help me through this difficult process for disability. I have now received correspondence from Social Security and from you informing me that I have been approved! The entire process is overwhelming, but when I turned it over to you, I knew I had an advocate who knew what to do....and then followed through! I was so nervous the day I went to your office for the initial contact. I was made to feel very comfortable from the time I walked in the door. Then later that afternoon, you called me personally! I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. You had already looked over my information, and you were very encouraging about my case. I was so impressed not only by your efficiency, but also by your kindness. In the conversation, you told me what to expect in the coming months. I felt as though you and your staff really cared about me and my situation. For someone with high anxiety (like me....:-), that is extremely important! I want you to know that when I come to know of someone who is in my situation, I will definitely recommend you! Also, I want to tell you that your entire staff with whom I saw, spoke to on the phone, or e-mailed was great!! I always had quick and kind responses to my calls and e-mails. I have already seen my physician and gave him the good news. My physicians recommended you to me, and he was very happy for me with the positive outcome. Again, thank you for everything!
I just wanted to say thanks again for your help with my disability matters. As the year comes to a close, I wanted to make sure that you knew how much your help meant to me...Your help really was instrumental in helping me obtain a quick resolution. More importantly, your advice and guidance was simply reassuring to me and my wife. CLIENT.
"I had a tough disability case, having chronic fatigue for about 15 months before being introduced to Mark. I went through dozens of tests over that period. All were inconclusive as to its cause. My first request for disability payments was denied. I was introduced to Mark just after submitting an appeal. Mark told me a number of things I was not aware of with regards to my policy - and I work for that carrier and considered myself well informed. I immediately hired Mark. Mark took all the information from the medical records that the denial was based on. He rebutted the denial, added letters from my family, colleagues and friends citing their experience with me before and after the disability. This was a great package in itself. It showed he understood all that he received from us. But then, he cited the legal cases where the insurance companies were ruled against for what I was experiencing. I believe this was really was the bow on the package. His language was easy to understand. It was all done very logically and in great depth. The three of us closest to this, me, my wife and my business partner all uttered the same word after reading the appeal, and I am not making this up - Wow! There wasn't an email or phone call that Mark did not respond to right away. I found him to be personable, understanding, caring and trust worthy. I would not hesitate to use him again. If you are wondering - my appeal was approved. Thanks, Mark!" CLIENT.
Mark, My husband and I want to take a moment to say thanks to you and all of your office staff. The past 2 years have been a very trying time for us. We made it through it due to our faith in you and your ability to get a fair settlement. The settlement check arrived Tuesday October 25th via FedEx. We now wish you all the best! Thanks, CLIENT.
I want you to know that your services were invaluable and that I could never pay you for your empathy, encouragement and wise counsel during these difficult months, CLIENT.
Mr. DeBofsky, I am really lucky to have your advice & support at just the right moment. It is nice to know there are still caring and big-hearted people in the world. So grateful for you. May God Bless you every day! Thank you. CLIENT.
Dear Mr. Daley, DeBofsky and Bryant, I wish to thank you for all your company has done for me. It is hard after being a working woman for 40 years to have to ask for help when I raised two kids by myself. Mr. Benker is an asset to your company. His compassion for people is a gift he has. Thank you again, CLIENT.
I had the fortunate opportunity to become acquainted with the Law Firm of, Daley, DeBofsky & Bryant, and specifically, Mr. David A. Bryant just prior to preparing for a disability claim.Mr. Bryant and his highly competent staff stood behind me throughout the whole process. Mr. Bryant and an associate initially flew out to NYC to meet me and consult with me. Mr. Bryant fully explained the process, went over all my documents and “held my hand” throughout this very emotional time for me.They all assisted in walking me through this complicated process, and made sure that everything was in order prior to the final submission of the claim. Mr. Bryant personally handled all initial correspondence with the Insurance Company and assured me at every step of the way that everything was going to be okay, in both a professional aspect and personal way. I could not have handled this process without the very professional & knowledgeable help of Mr. Bryant and his Law firm. I am very appreciative of the assistance and attention I was given. I would not hesitate at all to recommend them to any fellow professional, who like myself, finds themselves’ in a similar situation. CLIENT.
I hired David Bryant as for almost 7 years I had been getting nothing but denials, delays and advance pay and closes from my private disability insurance carrier. Mr. Bryant and his team (Ms. Jenifer Danish and Ms. Kim Jones, plus all those behind the scenes) assertively pursued my rights under the policies and their professionalism ultimately resulted in an extremely favorable out-of-court settlement. I believe David and his associates are worth every penny, and whenever I come upon those that need help, I will not hesitate to strongly recommend Mr. Bryant and his firm. David and his firm changed my life and the lives of my family. CLIENT.
Mark, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the success in the action of CLIENT v. Prudential. We had been frustrated and seemingly helpless on the case for 3 years, and we had given up hope until you came on the scene. Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. CLIENT.
Ms. Blaz, I can't tell you how pleased I was at your presentation at the hearing. I was so TOTALLY impressed with you. I have told all my friends that this was so impressive. I think we were both 'speechless' and that is hard for me. Again, I thank you from the bottom of my heart... without you, I HAVE NO IDEA what we would have done. We will now be able to enjoy life as it comes. CLIENT.
Dear Mr. Daley, I would like to thank you, and your team, for your fine representation of Minnesota citizen, CLIENT, in the appellate stage of his social security disability fight. You brought home a victory for his disability awards by filing, his case, in federal district court. Congratulations and thank you! Sincerely, UNITED STATES SENATOR. Dear Attorney Danish, I am eternally grateful to you for your expertise and the professional manner in which you treated me and handled this claim. Sincerely, CLIENT.
Fred, It's "Nice" to have the best Lawyer. CLIENT.
Mark, Thank you again for all your excellent legal and professional advice. If anyone has to go on LTD, they are lucky if they have you for an attorney. Warm regards, CLIENT.
Fred, Thanks for breathing life into a claim I really thought was dead. Kim Jones is an asset to your office. Regards, CLIENT.
Dear David: Thank you for your work and the work you do for others. At times it must be difficult and a slog, but you champion people who cannot defend themselves. And I hope because of your work, cases end better than you hoped and lives are given back some respect. Warmly, CLIENT
Dear Mark: I talked to you on two or three occasions, and you were very helpful, knowledgeable and clear about how to negotiate our very complicated government system. You helped my family more than you probably realized. Most sincerely, CLIENT
Dear Fred and Staff, For everything, to everyone involved, thank you for my successful outcome, CLIENT
Dear Mr. Daley, It is hard for me to describe my experience with Daley, DeBofsky & Bryant. After being denied Social Security Disability, unable to work, loss of my skills…it was your proficiency, assurances, and communications that kept me going! Words cannot describe how my heart feels! A Sincere Thanks! CLIENT
To Mark DeBofsky, “THANK YOU” to a GREAT TEAM, Mark DeBofsky & Violet/Barbara Borowski in winning a 50/50 odds case vs. MetLife! Thanks to all who assisted in any way possible with the *unending* case! But I “NEVER” lost hope, as a team with such INTEGRITY will ALWAYS PREVAIL! Most appreciatively, CLIENT
Dear Mark, What an incredible letter—you are truly amazing in your work. Can’t wait to hear the response from Prudential. Thanks for all your help so far. Regards, CLIENT
Dear Mr. Bryant, I recently received the denial from social security. I accept that it’s over but not the fact there are many lies. For instance playing baseball, running on treadmills, walking several miles a day, doing roofing. Where did the judge come up with this? Also from ’97-’03 are the years she wanted info on. So why go to my neurology who I saw for migraines in ’09 and ask his opinion on my back. I told him I was feeling better during his visit but never walked several miles a day. As mad as I am right now I couldn’t face a courtroom with nothing but lies and nobody on my side. If I did appear I would swear these are lies. I still thank you for your time, she was against you and I from the beginning. Thank you, CLIENT
Mark, You are awesome and so humble. Right to those pearly gates but not until your work is done. Thanks for helping ALL of us! I am especially grateful you helped me! You are the most humble person I ever met . . . I want to work on humility! If I described you in two words: First: A Brain. Second: Extremely humble. I can’t say thank you enough. I will never forget your unbelievable humbleness and generosity. Your parents did a great job!!!!! Most respectfully, CLIENT
Mr. Bryant, Thank you so much for your help with social security for Sean. We are sincerely grateful. You have again bolstered our belief in people in that there are many who want to help others who are in need. Thank you, CLIENT
Mark, For all you have done and continue to do in representing me, I am eternally grateful. Your outstanding legal work in persevering to win an award of benefits is an enormous help in easing our family’s financial burden in light of my physical limitations. My family and I could not thank you enough. Sincerely, CLIENT
Mr. Bryant, I would like to thank you so much for being my attorney! Thank you for helping me, speaking for me, and representing me, at a time I could not do it for myself!!! God Bless you and those who worked with you, for me! Because of your caring, my life is better, even with the body pains!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I’m happy, I’m grateful. I’m so thankful! It’s because of you, Att. David Bryant!! Oh My Goodness. I’m so grateful to you and I’ll never forget you!!! Always, CLIENT
Mark, Thank you for all of the help and kindness you have given me. I will never forget your compassion and understanding with me and my case. I pray God would bless you in return a hundred fold. Sincerely, CLIENT
Dear David, I cannot thank you enough for taking my case. UNUM has been controlling my life for so long, it’s nice to be free from that. The first week after the agreement I felt so empty, I guess I felt winning would cure me. Now I feel free from UNUM and want to let you know how much you made that happen and have ended the control from UNUM. You probably get thank you notes all the time, but this one is very sincere and I am so grateful to you and Jonathan and your expertise in disability law. I hope my case was beneficial to you financially. It was not about the money for me. Let me know if I can ever help the fight against the insurance companies. With great respect, sincerely, CLIENT
Dear Mr. DeBofsky, Thank you again for taking my case and helping me. I want to thank you for your straight shooting and kindness that you have shown to me. I wish you a very Happy New Year to you and your family. Warm regards and best wishes, CLIENT
Dear Mark, I can never compensate nor thank you enough for the efforts and support on your part, during this agonizing struggle to get disability income. Thus, I’ve made some small contributions in your honor. (I hope you’ll receive notifications from them soon.) Figured that was better than a plant or chocolates . . . Much thanks and all the best! CLIENT
David: Thank you for doing such an outstanding job! Best wishes and sincere gratitude, CLIENT
Dear Mr. DeBofsky, I want to express my gratitude and thanks for all you have done and are doing for me. My only regret is that I am not in practice or else I would have referred many patients (clients) to you. I close with best wishes and warm regards to you. Thank you again, CLIENT
Mark, It would be impossible for me to express my gratitude to you. Knowing one can not work and faced with the loss of all income takes its toll. The gift you gave me is “priceless.” I will be forever grateful. Thank you, Mark. CLIENT
Dear Mark, There are not words enough to fully express my appreciation for the incredible job you did representing me in my case against CNA. I remember feeling like I crawled into your office back in 2000, desperate, discouraged and extremely depressed. I had lost a lot of my cognitive thinking skills, had trouble following your explanations, and my short-term memory was very poor. You very kindly reduced our discussion to a level I could follow and understand, by simply stating “I think you’ve got a case and with a modest retainer deposit and a signature, I’ll do my best to be a Knight in White Shining Armor.” Mark, you went on to do just that! Over the course of the 3+ years you diligently worked on this case, there were too many phone calls, emails and formal letters to count. You always returned my calls with lightning speed, encouraged me to forget about the case and pursue the course of action that would help me heal, and managed to balance professionalism, strength and compassion. You were honest in your assessments and forthright in your communication . . . and you quickly earned my utmost trust and respect. Of course I am elated over the fact that we were able to win in the District Court and go on to successfully reach a fair settlement in the Court of Appeals, finally bringing this case to closure. I feel that justice has been served, and I attribute this exclusively to your extraordinary talent and efforts. More important than this however, and what has brought me the greatest joy, is knowing that men like you actually exist in this world. It is so much easier to fight on the side of the Corporate Giants, and certainly it must be more profitable. I want you to know how meaningful your work is and the powerful difference it has made in my life. I have written your name in my bible, and will continue to pray for you until the end of my days. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Sincerely, CLIENT
Dear Mark: We want to thank you for the excellent representation you gave Robert in acquiring disability payments from UnumProvident. You and your staff have been most helpful during this process. We would be glad to recommend your services to anyone who would need them. Thank you again for you help. Sincerely, CLIENTS
Dear Mark, Greetings! I have wanted to get you something to say thank you. I wanted it to be meaningful though I was not quite sure just what it would be. All I knew was that it had to represent how you are helping others. [My husband] and I were talking about the field of law that you practice and how you could have chosen another avenue which may have been more lucrative, or less demanding, but you chose to be an advocate for those who cannot help themselves. When I saw the enclosed paperweight and read the prayer inscribed on the glass, I realized this prayer represents how [my husband] and I feel about what you are doing and the type of person you are. The prayer found in I Chronicles starts by saying that Jabez was a very honorable man and he asks of GOD specific things which I believe pertain to Jabez’s character and his desire to do good. When you feel overwhelmed or are having a bad day, I hope this paperweight serves as a reminder that you are appreciated by all of us whom you have helped. May GOD continue to bless you and keep you. Our best regards, CLIENT
Dear Mark, I just wanted to take this time to thank you again for your assistance regarding my dilemma with Humana Health Insurance Company. While we have not yet had to pursue alternate avenues, it is good to know our options if need be. It is people like yourself that help restore people's faith in the legal system. Again, thank you and if I can ever return the favor please feel free to give me a call. Sincerely, CLIENT
