The entire process is overwhelming, but when I turned it over to you, I knew I had an advocate who knew what to do....and then followed through! "I had a tough disability case, having chronic fatigue for about 15 months before being introduced to Mark. I went through dozens of tests over that period. All were inconclusive as to its cause.
My first request for disability payments was denied. I was introduced to Mark just after submitting an appeal. Mark told me a number of things I was not aware of with regards to my policy - and I work for that carrier and considered myself well informed. I immediately hired Mark.
Mark took all the information from the medical records that the denial was based on. He rebutted the denial, added letters from my family, colleagues and friends citing their experience with me before and after the disability. This was a great package in itself. It showed he understood all that he received from us. But then, he cited the legal cases where the insurance companies were ruled against for what I was experiencing. I recently received the denial from social security. I accept that it’s over but not the fact there are many lies. For instance playing baseball, running on treadmills, walking several miles a day, doing roofing. Where did the judge come up with this? Also from ’97-’03 are the years she wanted info on. So why go to my neurology who I saw for migraines in ’09 and ask his opinion on my back. I told him I was feeling better during his visit but never walked several miles a day. As mad as I am right now I couldn’t face a courtroom with nothing but lies and nobody on my side. If I did appear I would swear these are lies.
